Import file size limit in phpMyAdmin

How to increase import file size limit in phpMyAdmin

When a database backup is larger than the phpMyAdmin limit, there is some changes we can do to allow upload our backup.

We have to edit the /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini in the server where apache2 and php5 are installed.

sudo gedit /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

We will change the values for these entries:

		#Enter a larger number than the size of your database
		post_max_size = 50M

		#Give a larger number than the one given to post_max_size
		memory_limit = 512M

		upload_max_filesize = 100M

Restart apache:

		sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

And next time you go to upload a backup you'll see the leyend (Max: 50MiB)
